We brought in our F150 for an inspection and they parked the truck far away in the lot without ever looking at it. They wanted us to approve 15 hours of labor at $165/h before even taking the time to check the truck. Two days later, when we went back to pick it up, the customer service guy didn’t even know where our truck was. We took it somewhere else, and within 10 minutes they found and fixed the issue. This is the worst place — terrible customer service, absolutely a place to avoid.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Despite all the challenges that come with owning a U.S. vehicle (Lincoln Aviator), I strongly advise not to bring your car to the Yonge & Steeles branch for service. My experience there has been terrible, extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and disappointing. During my last visit, even the manager raised his voice and shouted at me over a tire issue, which was completely unacceptable. I’ve also heard similar feedback from other friends who had unpleasant experiences at this location. In short, poor service quality, lack of respect for customers, and unprofessional behavior make this branch one I would never recommend. Hopefully, management takes these concerns seriously and improves their customer service standards.
visited this Ford location two times to look at cars and get basic questions answered. Both times I dealt with someone named Arshia, who was zero help. He couldn’t explain the differences between trims (seriously—the most basic thing when you’re car shopping), and I left with more confusion than answers. If you like wasting your time and leaving a dealership knowing less than when you walked in, this is your spot. If you actually want support before spending real money on a Ford, go somewhere else. You’ll thank yourself later.
Appointment times do not mean anything to them. Calls for updates on repairs go unanswered for many days. Mechanics are great. Service advisors are not so much.
TL;DR: Go elsewhere. Was given an estimate of "a few hours" to have my winter tires put on (and another 30 minutes to change a rear bulb) even though I was one of the first people there. I ended up sitting in the lounge from 9:00am to 1:00pm before I got my car returned to me, with the tire change being the only service I received. Absolutely ridiculous for a service that shouldn't take longer than 30-45 minutes, especially considering there was a constant gaggle of techs standing outside the front door smoking.
If i could i would give negative five star,i did read all the reviews unfortunately after i had dropped off my car for engine problems, at first I have appointments and then go they tell me they’re busy should take my car to the week after, While I took my car, they gave me a rental which had puncture tire took me days to get a new rental car, After more than two weeks, I received calls from Razaq on my answering machine they had replaced the engine and put on new one,it was a lie and since i had on my massages as proof i went back after engine made noise and ripped off while driving the service manager shot it on me called the technician and when he came started yelling on me that why am I asking him if the engine was replaced, It was obvious they didn’t like that im back with the same issue even worse then before, It was very unprofessional from them I left. I called one of my friends a different dealership. Took the car They were surprised I’m still driving. The engine was totally gone. Right now I’m waiting. They replace my engine once for all,i am very mad specially when i read all the reviews and see mr silverman mark if im not mistaken has been still on the job after all these years, please stay away from them if you can i didn’t read the reviews before if i had i would never go there, they also took my money over 250$ plus days of my work and didn’t do any good,STAY AWAY please
I have had several disappointing experiences at other Lincoln service centers in the past, but my recent visit to Yonge-Steeles Ford Lincoln completely changed my perspective. The service I received was exceptional. Dennis, the Lincoln service adviser, went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The repairs were done in a timely manner, and the communication throughout was excellent. I highly recommend this service center to anyone needing repairs or maintenance for their Lincoln vehicle. Thank you, Denis, and the team at Yonge-Steeles Ford Lincoln!"
