I’ve ordered the fruit cake before, it was fine. This time I ordered the chocolate strawberry cake and it was horrendous. The entire cake has maybe 3 strawberries and the sponge cake was EXTREMELY DRY, as if it’s stale bread. Not fresh at all. So disappointing.
Like other reviews, they reduced cream! I had a custard bun with ant's tear amount of filling Really disppointed as they used to be good, bread from T&T supermarket might be better...
I took two stars off because the candles came broken. They were very thin candles and were very fragile they should send good quality ones. The cake tasted good but my celebration was ruined because of the candles.
I placed a scheduled order a day in advance and it got cancelled the very last 15 minutes before it closes. I added candles and birthday decoration so they must know it was meant for a birthday celebration and you can never cancel a celebration 15 minutes beforehand . It was horrible. If you cannot guarantee the availability of cakes, just do not take any schedule order on uber please. Luckily I checked my phone often, and as it got cancelled I reorder what was available at the moment. The cake tastes alright I just do not fancy surprises like this.
I always come here to pick up Cream Roll Came and Fresh Cream Fruit Cake sometimes the Sweet Potato Cake as well. I absolutely love their Strawberry Roll cake which is our family favorite! The workers are always so kind and friendly too!
The cakes are very good. I tried fresh cream fruit cake. The cream was so fluffy and fresh. Not that sweet, it was on point. Coming to atmosphere it is inside the supermarket. It’s very difficult to locate and also the place is very small.
One of THE BEST cake places I've been to, the cream is light and not overly sweet and it compliments the cake itself in such a smooth way. Their flavours are subtle with just the right amount of sweetness. The quantity for the price is amazing, whether it be the size of the cake, or the amount of fruits. I've ordered their sweet potato cake, mocha strawberry cake, and their fruit cream cake; they're all so fricking amazing. You should def eat it with like a cold fruity tea or warm coffee.
