Mark in the shop is one of many amazing people at this store. I have never been treated better at ANY establishment. They make my day better and restore my faith in humanity. Maybe weird for a bike store review, but it is true. Keep up the amazing work.

I got a dishonest employee perhaps manager or owner who tried a quick couple lies in order to up sell a higher price bike when I came into purchase a bike a few months ago. Purchased the bike I was comfortable with price wise ..overall good purchase. Just didn’t like how they tried to pull a couple of fast ones on me. Also the bike I was looking at they told me 599 but once I got to cash it was also 650. Perhaps it’s because I’m younger and have less biking experience. won’t be back again just because of this. Look at the other negative reviews it’s also against this older employee perhaps the owner Edit Also the owner told me the bike I was looking at and later bought… they won’t be able to put a kickstand on it and tried to sell me a higher priced bike .. later in the store I saw another clients bike who came in for a repair perhaps who had a kickstand when I asked you said you can’t put a kickstand the owner said “ no I said it’s hard” and gave me a fake smile as if I caught him in his lie.. I won’t be coming back to this location based on this owner or manager
(Red-road bike) After my accident, I spend a month looking for someone that can fix my bike. Three shops after I ended up here where a very knowledgeable guy fixed it in a day! Excellent service!! Recommend!!
Dont expect any customer cortsey. Education about bike buying experience none. I bough bike, after money was charged told we will call you when ready. That's was a surprise. Any way went to pick up this morning. Came home with bike no stand to park bike. Called back answere sold separately. Anyway went third time to pick all i asked it would have been nice if this would have explained at the time of pick up. Long lecture was given about how I should have known this. Anyway will never recommend or go back. Old rule Buyer beware.
Horrible customer service, the old guy is a prick! I went there to get a single sprocket free wheel and disc brakes for my hub motor chopper project bike, he told me to get rid of my old bike and buy a new one because it doesn't have the mounting holes for the caliper which is a easy fix, I asked him if they carry any universal adapters for the forks he then said there's no such thing (clearly a lie or maybe he's oblivious to the fact that's it's all over the internet ex. Amazon & eBay) which I doubt he doesn't know because I told him I can easily drill holes and tap to accompany the caliper then he tells me it will be to hard and I couldn't do it, I then realized he was just talking me out of doing it so I could bring my bike to them and let them install or either me not try at all and take his advice scrap my bike and buy a new one. Over all worst experience and I wouldn't recommend going there. I would give 0 stars if I could
