I seriously haven't had anyone provide as good service as they did. A big shout out to Ricky for spending an incredible amount of time explaining how to adjust and maintain our bike. He even spent 10 mins in the wet cold helping to bed the brakes in the parking lot.

I've been a Trek customer for some time now but just recently I was shown appreciation by Ricky str mgr at the Vaughan location after being a customer at various GTA locations. My MTB helmet just had comedic issues and the helmet was replaced for a new model. Excellent customer service and knowledge. All employees experienced and willing to help and have been there since day one unlike other locations. Thanks TREK.
Very happy with this bike until it suddenly surprised me and my bones. My seat solid rod broke and dropped me on the road riding on high speed. I am shocked and can't still believe a seat can just BREAK like that
