I ordered a couple parts to swap my bars to a BMX style on my Ebike online. They went over and above when they were having an issue locating what was the last one in stock. Harvester Bikes is the real deal! I ordered my Odyssey Springfield front brake and got it super fast, I think it arrived the next day! I went to Harvester Bikes to get a blown tire fixed. They expertly fixed the tire and then the man who helped me went above and beyond, took his time and showed me how to fix my own tire. He was so kind, helpful and patient, and I am grateful for the lesson.

Went there and asked for them to fix the gears in my mountain bike since they sounded off. When I picked the bike up later and drove it all the way home, I tested it and it sounded even worse and some gears wouldn't work at all. I took it back to them and told them the bike sounded terrible and was worse, the younger worker said that he did the best he could do and my mountain bike wasn't good (the bike has all good new shinamo gears) which was ironic considering he had no concerns when I brought it in and asked for service. Took it to another place right after and had it completely fixed up. Would not recommend harvester bikes.
