Originally would've given 4+ stars but have to drop to 1 star. We were told their battery motors last 6 months only to discover it lasts 2 weeks. The sales rep sends a technician to investigate and we're told that it is correctly lasting 2 weeks only. Apparently for Galaxy blinds this is the expected behaviour. It was falsely advertised. Sales rep proceeds to ghost me and stop responding.
Had this arched window and didn’t know what would look best for it. The specialist ( Parsa ) was super professional, recommended few options and we ended up going with zebras on top which turned out amazing Fast service, Affordable prices and really high quality Definitely recommending
I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. My contact person was Parsa...they were supposed to come to take measurements - no one showed up. Sent texts / calling up - NO ONE ANSWERED... This situation has happened a couple of times during the negotiation , but apparently this is a norm over there... so to work with a guy/ firm with whom the communication isn't working, already before the project has been done - isn't a good idea ( to say the least)...also what will happen if there is an issue after the installation? I gave up on Blinds Land and found a reliable company with decent pricing.
Our experience was smooth, from selecting the perfect option to the installation of the blinds. You can visit their location to explore the choices in person. Their pricing is quite competitive, even when compared to Blinds to Go during a promotion. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely return to their team if I need more window coverings in the future.
From the moment I contacted this company, they stood head and shoulders above the competition. The day before I had had their biggest competitor, a well-known household name quote me, double the price of what they did. The installation was scheduled very quickly and even though I changed my mind at the last minute to get motorized blinds, Matte was able to, accommodate within two days of myrequest. The technician worked without a break until late into the night installing every single blind.
