I was researching blinds for a few weeks with no luck … I couldn’t find a quality product for a good price and anyone who could install within a reasonable time frame. Then I came across EN3! They toured me through their showroom and educated my wife and I on their products. The price was very reasonable and the quality/workmanship was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend EN3 for all window covering needs.

My blinds were installed by EN3 as part of a new building. They were installed in May 2021, and in early September 2022 the metal pull cord snapped. I contacted EN3 and spoke to someone who told me that while my warranty was up, they would come and repair the cord when they would be in my town again. I was assured that when they came to my town to work on a project, someone would stop by to fix the cord. The date came and went and when I contacted EN3 again, I was told that the installers had come to my town but didn't have time to come and repair my blinds. Since then, I have attempted to contact EN3 to arrange a new date. I have attempted to contact this company several times since then, I have not heard back. While I appreciate the fact that the company was willing to fix an item outside of the warranty, I am incredibly disappointed in the fact that they have since disappeared and gone back on their word, leaving me with a sour taste due to the lack of customer service and now complete lack of communication. The products clearly aren't made to last and the company won't do anything about their shoddy product when it doesn't. I cannot emphasize enough how much I do not recommend this company. EDIT: As I cannot reply directly to the owner's response, I'd like to respond here. I will not be dealing with this company any further. Due to the accusatory and rude text I received from an unknown number that is clearly associated with the company, I will be doing as the anonymous texter suggested and finding someone else to complete my repair, as I'm no longer comfortable dealing with EN3 and do not want anyone associated with the company in my home in any capacity
