The sales staff are wonderful, shauib and Leo. The service department is extremely disappointing and frustrating to deal with, from scheduling to quality of repairs to our windshield, both the first time and the replacement due to deficiencies that required a second replacement, to a windshield wiper that came off the linkages which I feel was a quality control issue. The vehicle itself is very nice and I hope that the quality of the vehicle doesn't reflect the quality of the service department. The service advisor I was dealing with told me they had taken my vehicle to standard Auto Glass, which I expressed concern with the fact to take my vehicle to another establishment without my consent, and I was led to believe it was to be replaced at the dealership. While I waited I thought to take a walk around and found my car out back with the service advisor, who will remain unamed, with two auto glass technicians, what I feel were trying to mask the repair without actually doing it. I immediately took my keys and went and spoke with the service manager and the sales manager who I feel have done their best to minimize the impact of the poor service staff who upfront lied about the whole situation. I would be very cautious if service is needed on your vehicle from this location
