This was the first time using the Audi service department at Audi Vaughan and I was very impressed from start to finish. I bought a new Q5 and it was time for tire change over and an oil change. Alessandra, my service advisor went above and beyond to make my entire experience, smooth and stress-free. She took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions patiently and kept me updated throughout the process. It is very hard to find someone that combines professionalism, knowledge and genuine customer care the way Alessandra did. The service was completed on schedule. I left feeling confident that my Audi was in great hands with her. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and would highly recommend Alessandra to any Audi owners looking for exceptional service and care. Tony

Pfaff Audi have been servicing my Audis for more than 10 years during which time Shaun has been my service advisor. Shaun displays a keen interest in ensuring my service needs are exceeded. He is knowledgeable and takes a personal stake in returning the car back to me on time with the necessary work done in a thorough and professional manner.
Do not buy from Pfaff! They sold me a car with brakes that did not pass the safety inspection. We had to take them to small claims court, we received a judgment against them. They continue to ignore me and my court order. I have made several calls to the general manager Sean Sahakian. He does not return my calls. I would have liked to settle this for the cost to replace the brakes but no such luck. Unfortunately my next step is to file for a Notice of Garnishment, I would rather not do that but they have left me with no options
PFAFF Vaughan has our car since October 26 2021 after one car accident and today May 13th 2022 (6,5 months later) I got a call from the manager with the update that there is no update at all, they don`t know WHEN car will BE READY, they are working on it but no dates, no information. It` s a first communication since March, when they promised to have our car ready by the end of the month - beginning of April. The worst part - the communication is so bad, they don`t reply to phone calls or emails, never send any updates, just simple ignore. Way to go guys! The worth customer service we have ever received!
Some of the best service I have ever received. I bought my car, preowned, site unseen as it was 3,500 km's away. The car arrived in 10/10 condition and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to Brian and the team. Would definitely recommend Pfaff in the future.
