Went here today to look at a potential new vehicle. We walked inside and spent 10-15 minutes without anyone saying a single word to us not even a hello or welcome. We left the dealership very disappointed as no one made any efforts to help us. We then drove to the downtown location and were immediately welcomed as we drove in. Free valet service water bottles and everyone was very attentive to our needs even giving us a tour and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend you not waste your time with Lamborghini uptown and just go straight to the downtown location if you value customer service.
Very clean and modern dealership. Cars on the floor do have some variety however, the sales people do not feel approachable for questions, in comparison to the other dealers I have visited.
Beautiful and nice place , beautiful cars , we went inside to take a look at the cars , my wife opened urus door by accident because she didn't know that she can't sit inside because it is not allowed in this dealership , less than a second, the girl at the reception desk came towards us and said that you should not sit in the car and quickly told her colleague to lock the car door. It was a very ugly and disgusting behavior. There are many arrogant and selfish people. They are not good ambassadors for lamborghini . I really feel sorry for myself for making a mistake and entering this dealership
Wow, what an amazing car dealership. Large variety of Lamborghini with funky colors. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Because of the large variety, it was difficult to decide, which my husband and I loved the most. Finally decided on the Urus. Hoping we qualify for financing
I really want to go here but hopefully this month I might go I love the Lamborghini Dealer it's close to us so we don't have to go to Toronto and the Dealership looks so nice and Modern it also looks very nice at Night! I recommend everyone to go to the Lamborghini Dealership
