Nick and Gary are very helpful. Ive rented multiple times from them and they have always been very helpful and quick to solve any problems I may have. Prices are fair, pick up and drop off is easy, and I haven’t had any problems with the vehicles I’ve rented from here. 10/10 recommend.

I called this location as I was looking to get a better understanding on the rental process as a first time car rental buyer. I got Nick and he was very knowledgeable, I had called my credit card insurance prior to the call but had a nuiance I needed some clarity on. He was very generous with his time and I can definitely see why this location has a 4+ google rating.. this interaction shows me they are deserving of it from the great customer service from people like Nick. I did not have the same experience calling other companies some who didn't not even know the $ amount of liable coverage they provide unfortunately the phones are not being answered by folks who are as knowledgeable... Anyways thank you Nick.
The only place I will rent my trucks from now on. Nick was very professional and personable. The trucks in the fleet are all new and very clean. Gas was filled up when I started the vehicle and it was well maintained. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car or truck rental in Vaughan.
