Poor experience!!! Went silent after Turo app reservation! Completed self check in (which includes sharing personal information) and they did not deliver the car! They totally went silent! Suspicious for identity theft! DO NOT BOOK!
These guys really charged me because I own a dog. $100 fee because they don’t have a lint roller for 6 dog hairs in the front seat. They gave me a car with a tire that went flat twice a day and told me I had to fill it up.
Got a Lexus NX350h from here by Gautam and Anas, the staff are easy to deal with and the car is clean and reasonably priced. Very happy with the experience, will come back the next time I need a rental.
Checked online and went and got a rental, service was really good. They answer all my question and I was really satisfied. Car was super clean looked brand new! Will go back again.
I had a disappointing experience with Woodbridge Car and Truck Rental. The vehicle I reserved was not available when I arrived, and the staff seemed unhelpful and indifferent to my situation. The car I ended up with was dirty and had maintenance issues, which made my trip stressful. Communication was poor, and I felt ignored throughout the process. I won’t be using their services again.
It felt like a scam getting a rental vehicle from them. The ALL INCLUDED quote I was given, didn't even include taxes. Glad I didn't proceed by renting from them. Not considering them ever again.
Just checked reviews and realised It will be better to check in somewhere else rather than wastingmoney here. Pathetic entertainment on my first visit. Everyone here is feeling like they are owner here Good job guys Keep it up and get ready for the business downfall.
