I swear to God If there's less than one star I would put it ..don't rent from this company don't waste your money and time most important don't waste your energy..they are Thieves take it from my experience i rent a car and they took money and they said if there is no damage they will return and there was no damage they said it will take 5 business days to return to my account and now it has been almost two months when I called them they kept playing around with excuses
We had recently shifted to Toronto and had rented a car from Hertz Woodbridge location for over a month. We had a very good experience with the staff there who were extremely helpful at every step. A big shout out to Dani and Nirmal who guided us through the pick-up and drop-off procedures. Special mention to their location manager Joel who helped us with many informative tips to go around the places as we were completely new to the country. Best of luck to all of them :)
No I will never used Hartz car rental for myself anymore I pick up that car the first day I drove it to work after work I had to open the car doors for 5 to 10 minutes the car had bad smell the second day I had to get a pack of wipe from the store and get someone to spray air freshener in it. when I get it was very dirty inside smells very bad and when driving it making a loud noise like it had on snow tires on❄ but it was regular tires not snow.
Terrible customer service Someone rented a vehicle apparently under my name, I guess they don't check drivers license, whenever it was hacked my credit card info and they still let them rent a vehicle and rack up a bunch of charges and now I keep getting a bill sent to my house for $4400!!! . Tried calling this place multiple time, tried Facebook and Instagram, emailed etc . Not one person is trying to help or answering back . Maybe someone will respond to this.
Good service, good price, called in a day before to reserve a vehicle as my car was getting extensive repairs at nearby dealer service and gentleman at counter was extremely nice and sincere.
Fantastic service at this location . it’s a little out of the way from the airport .. but if you’re renting for a week or more then it’s well worth taking the cab or Uber to this branch .. ( my Uber ride from and to the airport was under C$ 30.- each way .. ) the manager / agent Mr Ehsan Ahmed does a great job . he is kind, likeable , efficient , accommodating , and courteous .. Thank You for the good work . I shall return Bliss
Came in last minute to rent a car for the weekend. Ended up driving away with a 2018 Toyota Highlander which was such a roomy vehicle and clean and all for a great price ! Ehsan has great customer service and definitely will keep me as a returning customer next time I need to rent a vehicle! Thanks for the help!
