Enjoy selling and buying at this location. Yes you won’t make a ton but their clothing to purchase is very good value. Love the environmental sustainability too!

Looked around for my almost 2 year old son, but barely had anything for 2T. Tried to find anything decent for extra clothes for daycare and for the wintertime but options were limited. Sizes were also all over the place for the jacket section. Kept seeing size 4 in his section and it didn’t seem as organized compared to the other once upon a child stores.

Store does not give cash for your items. They are only offering store credit for your items! Shame on them. The sign says $$$ for your stuff. Huge thumbs down!!!

Over the past year or so, I have tried to come and sell my children's gently used items, however the counter is almost ALWAYS closed. I've even called and when I ask if they are open to buying it's always "it will be open tomorrow". Why send emails on a regular basis that you're seeing things, when in reality, you aren't taking anything? When they are open to buying clothes, they've practically given me back almost as many bags as I've arrived with stating that they couldn't sell due to style. Is that based off staffs personal style? They also give you very little; I'm not implying that I think what I've brought is worth $100's of dollars, but literally getting .50¢ - $1.00 is absurd. The whole purpose of this store is for people to offload their gently used clothing & for families who maybe cannot afford full price clothing to be able to get a decent wardrobe for their child(ren). Another thing that I've noticed is they expect clothes to be brought preferably in bin. Any clothing that comes in a garbage bag is turned away, but you CAN bring your clothes in reusable shopping bags; what's the difference? If the clothes have been laundered & packed neatly into a bag, why does it matter how they come in? I've seen more worn items being sold at Value Village. Customer service is also terrible! Staff are unwilling to help. Store is extremely cluttered.

This store is in serious need of a declutter. A clearance sale might help, or perhaps hiring staff who are passionate enough about their work to maintain a clean and organized space. Right now, it’s a mess—clothes for sale that’s probably not looked through yet or have been looked through but waiting for seller to pick up are left in the aisles, strollers block walkways, and sizes are completely mixed up. The overall organization is poor, making it difficult to shop. On top of that, the staff is unwelcoming and moves at an unreasonably slow pace. This is easily one of the worst store locations I’ve visited. You could definitely take notes from the Scarborough location—it’s well-organized, tidy, and staffed with friendly employees.

I went to this location and dropped off one box and one tote bag full of baby boy clothes, socks, shoes, and a Harry Potter crib skirt they told me to come back in a few hours. I called them and they told me that they were gonna give me $79.10 for my stuff but I had go to back yesterday before they close or they’ll give me a store credit so my husband and I went and when I got there they only gave me $27.10 for 20 items and gave me back the rest of the clothes and told me that they where either stained or out of style. I told them that I know they’re not stained I went through everything before I brought my stuff in. So the person at counter said well then they’re out of style… 90% of the clothes I brought in where from the gap plus how can baby clothes be out of style it’s clothes! Such a waste of time

The store should put their correct open hours on google. Its says open and then when you drive far to find a closed store is not so fun. Dont go to the store Tuesday or Sunday they are closed then

I’m sorry you had this experience. We are buying today, I’m not sure what the confusion was.

We do have very limited space, and so I high volume of buying of customers items…. We are working towards streamlining and getting customers to return for their passes much quicker, so as to elevate some of the clutter. Thank you
