Today, I visited this store to shop for a dress for my daughter. While we were looking at the dresses on the rack, a staff member approached us and told us not to touch the dresses because they were being tagged. However, the way she delivered this message was extremely rude and unprofessional — almost like she was scolding us. If you don’t want customers to touch certain items, then place a visible sign or do the tagging in a different area, away from customer view. My daughter was excited and happy to shop for a new dress, but she left the store feeling confused and upset after the unpleasant interaction. We immediately left the store. To the store management: You are not the only children’s clothing store in Toronto. While other stores try to create a welcoming shopping experience, it seems like your priority is to upset customers. Even if you were giving clothes away for free, I wouldn’t come back.
Had a terrible experience with staff working there , not being patient with customer , didn’t offer us the right size for my kids and owner was backing her up although she knew that her staff was wrong , I wouldn’t go back this place
Excellent customer service over the phone and online. They are fast to respond to customer inquiries. Also, very friendly and effiencient at accommodating me. I've ordered online from this store a few times recently and the shipping is fast - seamless online process overall. Great quality products that arrive intact. Competitive pricing as well.
It’s always a pleasant experience when I visit. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they have a great selection of kids apparel. Lots of variety, especially if you’re shopping for a special occasion. Definitely recommend.
There was not a lot of different sizes. Then I found this at 0 to 3 months but would had preferred 3 to 6 months instead. Again 3 to 6 sizes for babies was not really available on line.
Last year for my wedding, I bought my 4 flower girl dresses and shoes and my ring boy suit here and they were absolutely adorable and a great price too!! Last month I bought an adorable pair of shoes here for my baby Gender Reveal! They have such a big selection of clothing for babies and children from casual to dressy... Once my son is born, I'll be doing more shopping here for sure!
Today was my first time at this store. They have beautiful, designer clothing. The store is merchandised so well. I was so impressed with Antonella and Fiorella!!! These ladies helped me find EVERYTHING I needed for an upcoming baptism. They were so professional and sweet, almost like a trusted aunt. I will be back.
