We went back and forth when I purchase a machine from tony he delivered it 1/2 way working and a couple weeks later it broke down I took it back he would work on it and say it was working well then I would pick it up and again a week later another issue. This went on for 6 months he constantly lied to me about the machine working conditions. I finally took it to another independent technician and what he found inside the machine was terrible, he takes advantage of the Customers lack of knowledge and the fact that we can’t see inside the machine. Constantly gaslighted me and blamed me for miss use of the machine when I followed his instructions to the tee. It amazes me why they would waste anyone’s time including their own knowing this machine just wasn’t going to work if they didn’t repair it properly.
I’ve bought two De’Longhi espresso machines from Anthony’s Espresso, and each time I’ve been blown away by the service. Joe, the manager, went above and beyond to resolve an issue for me and showed what real customer care looks like. I’m extremely happy with both the store and De’Longhi. Highly recommended and will purchase from them again. Thank you
They don’t return e-mails or care about your interest in their business. Take your business where it is appreciated and avoid this poor establishment. They clearly haven’t embraced technology or e-commerce very well.
Amazing service. Went into get my old machine repair, but luckily meet with the owner who took the time educated me and my wife on the best machine to purchase. Went in on Friday to purchase an espresso machine for home use - was referred to this place by a cousin for good customer service, and staff that had good experience with espresso/coffee machines. Overall the selection of machines, accessories, and selection of beans was good, but the customer service was even better. Tony was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He helped me and my brother not spend unnecessary money on a machine that although we wanted purchase it initially - wasn't exactly a machine we would be able to appreciate, or use effectively. We also got a great deal on warranty for the machine we purchased should any headaches arise - which is a great plus for us. Excellent experience overall.
