Nice people but very confusing experience. Waited more than a month for diagnosis, told me they were waiting for parts and charge me $100, ended up broke again in a week and the solution is to smack the machine on its side which turned out not working. Please just pickup or return my call, and at least let me know the proper way to smack it. The $100 if not for parts should worth a tutorial, right?
