I walked in with my broken machine which I bought years ago someplace else hoping it would be repaired. The owner took the time to clean it and figure out what was wrong with it even though he didn’t repair this type of coffee machine. He spent nearly 30 minutes trying to fix it. Did not charge me anything for his generous time. When I buy a new coffee machine it will definitely be from him. Top service!
What a hidden Gem! We purchased our 1st La Pavoni Bottecelli café ☕️ machine. Unbelievable experience!! Highly recommend if you are looking for the ultimate espresso experience. Outstanding Service and Expertise! I recently brought in my old 220v La Pavoni Professional espresso machine with a broken heating element (European model running on a power transformer). Tony was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue, and we decided to convert the machine to 110v so it could run directly without the transformer. Tony did an amazing job with the conversion. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and he made sure everything was in perfect working condition before I took it home. The whole team at Northwest Kitchenware was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you care about quality work, honest advice, and great people, I can’t recommend Northwest Kitchenware highly enough!

The worst customer service we have ever encountered. Why would I go to a company whose technician yells at his customers Or just makes them feel that they are stupid Unbelievable rudeness. I pride myself on customer service and work with the public all the time. I will never go back - if our espresso machine breaks, we will never call them again.

The owner went above and beyond to take a look at my espresso machine and took the time to explain about how the espresso machine works. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about my machine…and was able to identify the issue and offer recommendations to ensure my machine has many more espressos to go! Thank you!!!
I called Tony to make an appointment to have a problem on my older model, Delonghi espresso machine investigated. Within minutes, and over the phone, he was able to diagnose the issue and then supplied me with a small part to fix the problem (at no charge!).
