100% non professional sales man at front counter , was given wrong part, box was opened , when i went there to returne, guy at front desk showed showed attitude and misbehave , never think this kind of big stores have this kind of customer service
Fantastic place. Great service, great prices, holy crap did I save money over the big orange box . Ian is a god damn superstar. (I think that's his name). They treat you with respect and like family, will go out of their way to help and understand what ur doing, even if u have no clue, they will work with you to get it sorted. And the swag is super. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
Terrible service - these guys not getting back to you with a quote. Miss handling my information. Stating products which they are distributors for are discontinued which are clearly not. Tons of background noise and yelling, extremely unprofessional. Terrible......
A little bit disorganized, but a huge selection making it easy to get or order what you need. I just wish they had a proper invoicing system so when you return something you don't need to have your receipt on you.
