I was concerned that by changing our wood burning fireplace to gas, it would look artificial. Greg was able to engineer and create a realistic set of logs and beautiful natural flames into our existing hearth. With the press of a button we are really enjoying an instant beautiful fire. I highly recommend the fireplace specialist. Superb service and delivery. Satesh and his team made sure that we were satisfied with our open “propane” fireplace in our living room. The installation team worked tirelessly for 12 hours in the deep snow outside and maneuvering through many obstacles in this rural location. So, I will preface this by saying I am not usually the type to write a review, but after my experience here I felt I should. I was in the market for two fireplaces during a large home renovation. Google, while great, overwhelms you with information and with so many review sites (and so many grumpy people out there) you never really know what is a good product and what is bad. I dropped into the fireplace specialist without any knowledge of what they were about. Satesh was absolutely fantastic and spent some good time with me showing things and answering questions. I walked out with a very pleasant vibe and ultimately bought two Montigo fireplaces through them. The real reason for the review was not just the excellent service I received, but the follow up service when I had an issue with the aftermarket remote. Satesh and Jeff have been absolutely wonderful in standing behind the product I purchased and getting things working again. I would strongly recommend anyone to consider this as an option for a home fireplace kit. Sean.
Amazing and very friendly staff. Satesh was knowledgeable and very informative on all aspects of the job we needed done. They were efficient and had the work done within the timeframe we requested. Definitely recommend them and would definitely use their services again.
We had the team build us two fireplaces...one on the main floor - replaced an existing 2 sided fireplace with a 3 sided fireplace and remove a dividing wall...second fireplace was a ground up build for the basement...the team was amazing and professional throughout the entire process, from design, demolition, and install. They're not going to be the cheapest place you can go to...but their workmanship, product quality, and professionalism is well worth it! I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them for a fireplace project.
