I always get great flowers and service for anytime flowers or special events. We also used them for engagement party center pieces which turned out amazing.
Called with a request for flowers because my daughter was dealing with a loss. The lady answering the phone gave me attitude and said next time give us more notice. I called at 1:30 for a same day delivery. Buyer beware
EDIT: The store reached out saying they were sending a bouquet of roses and apologized that we were not happy with our order. Review edited to 3 stars and hope for better and friendlier service in the future. It was recommended that I order a bouquet of flowers from this place. Needless to say, I am completely disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered. It looked like it was one quarter of the size as advertised online and I paid for the upgrade. The bouquet that was delivered was nowhere near worth the money spent. When I called to discuss this with the florist I was told that she followed the exact recipe and there was nothing she could do about it. I would not recommend this florist to anyone, it was a waste of money.
I purchased a corsage for my brothers prom here for June 27,2023. First of all, the worker was incredibly rude and persistent on her price because corsages “take a lot of work to prepare”. Due to the convenience of the shop and my workplace, I caved in and ordered from her. However, the work was mediocre and I could have made a better one myself. The corsage started off with 2 roses, one oddly placed on the side. By the time my brother gave it to his date and they were taking photos the roses detatched from the bracelet. We tried to pin it back and tape it until 10 minutes later one rose came off again. 10 minutes after that the whole thing broke off and was not repairable. His date had it on for a total of 30 minutes and didn’t even make it onto the bus to take them to the venue. I am beyond embarrassed by the outcome and do not recommend purchasing corsages from this place as they are expensive and not well done. Ridiculous.
Very friendly. They had beautiful Hyacinths on Norouz, which are usually hard to find. I liked the way they wrapped a rose for me with a little water supply.
I never order any flowers to Paul and Kerry. Just 2 days ago was my engagement party and I had ordered my flower bouquet. It had a very bad design and it did not look like flower bouquet for bride. I was discussed with her about my flowers to be open, But they were all flower buds. I am really mad about them. And all of them, just after 2 hours were dead.
First time stopping by here to pick up some flowers for my grandma. Rarely know exactly what I want, but after saying what my price range is and rough idea of what I'd like, they quickly got me a very beautiful bouquet ready! Looks like a very cozy place with plenty of options!
