Amazing to deal with because i had to change delivery address which wasn't in the city, and it went smoothly. The flower arrangement is absolutely stunning. Delivery was early, so will definitely use them again.
I walked in and needed condolence flower. She advised me which colour to pick and the note on it. She was fast and expert in preparing as well. She might not smile at you since she was born in Russia but she is kind and so nice You can pay by card or even CASH if you know what you are doing.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from O'Flowers. I was looking for the perfect Easter arrangement and discovered it online. I realized afterwards that they were situated more towards Vaughan and the west area of the city. Olga couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating in making my delivery to East York possible. They even delivered this on Good Friday. This beautiful arrangement was adorned with a fuzzy Easter egg and little carrots which was getting the reaction from the little 4 year old girl, who I hoped would enjoy this. Her parents hosted a lovely Easter dinner and I felt that O'Flowers Easter Arrangement complimented everything perfectly. I'd highly recommend this florist and look forward to using them again. First off, amazing customer service. Secondly, the price in my opinion is not too expensive when compared to other florist. And finally, the flowers were amazing. I ordered flowers for a friend who's parent passed. I ordered after the 3pm deadline for same day delivery, but O'Flowers found a way to deliver the flowers, the same day, to my friend and it meant so much to them that they received the flowers that day.
