I won’t go anywhere else for flowers. Great quality and helpful advise from the owner. She did my engagement and wedding flowers beautifully and I still receive compliments and questions asking me where I went to get them done.
I called in the afternoon for a last minute flower arrangement and for delivery the same day. I called the number and Tatiana answered and supported me though the process. Tatiana went above and beyond to ensure the right flowers were selected for my budget. Some great suggestions were made. Flowers were delivered with great packaging. From start to finish, great process and experience. Thank you Tatiana. Much appreciate it.
This location does not even deserve one star. Went there several times to order. At the begging there was a lady who worked on Thursdays, and she was really amazing. However, any other day there is so rude and unfriendly lady with strong russian accent. I went with intention to make big order, I could not finish one single sentence without her interruption, very unprofessional and disrespectful. I tried again, explaining , she was so adamant. All the arrangements are so cheap, lots of empty spaces, with sky rocketing prices. And on the top of her attitude, she said 'this is Woodbrige' in sense, let me rip you off. It was really disgusting. Of course I left and will never set my foot in the shop. For those who know what is classy and elegant flower arangment and bouquet this is not place to shop.
I recently purchased a floral arrangement from Prestige Flowers. The service was fantastic while adhering to all social distancing and pandemic requirements. The manager put so much care and attention into my order and went above and beyond my expectations. Ordered flowers here months ago, but I do remember the friendly staff and timely turn-around (considering the whole covid situation). Considering the amount of time that has passed and the fact that I still remember the positive experience - I am giving this place 5 stars. Will be coming back some day.
I have ordered floral arrangements and center pieces from Tatiana on several occasions. She provides great customer service and advice on pairing the right flowers for your budget. The store has a great selection and my arrangements last for a very long time.
Purchased a dozen long stem roses for Valentine's Day - paid premium of course which is fine if quality is there. Roses died within 4 days, wilted, horrible. When we followed up offering to show a picture of the roses, highlight the condition, they said it happens, it was very cold, you must have left them in car, they don't last long, etc. Do not waste your money and purchase from here, poor quality and extremely poor service.
