Constant spam email, no matter how many times I unsubscribed, regardless of the fact that opted out of receiving email when I made a purchase.
Wonderful customer service. The lady was so sweet and compassionate. I was grabbing flower's for my sister's father-in-law, he was in the hospital. She asked me which ward- I responded respiratory. I've been ordering flowers from many different florists over the years and I can tell they know their trade. I dealt with the one of the owners, Domenic. I told him how much I wanted to spend for a mixed floral arrangement for my mother. I referred to their website and he suggested an arrangement but it would not include roses because of the extra cost at this time of the year. I found out after it was delivered that some pretty roses were added to the arrangement, which made it even more perfect. My mother loves it and she won't stop talking about the flowers. I can't thank you enough and I really appreciate the time and effort taken. I look forward to using your services again. Thanks!
