It’s unfortunate that such nice flower shop has terrible customer service. I have been disappointed from owners attitude couple of times before but today I decided to stop giving them business because her behaviour was so irresponsible towards the product she sold us couple of days ago. A nice plant we bought for $55 and dried out in two days. She had all the excuses not to take responsibility of selling such delicate plant with no proper instructions for care. If you have had similar experience in this shop please write it here so the lesson is learned!

the lady overcharged me for a petty thing which i could have easily got for $1.0 for the dollar store even though i was a regular customer of their's. i was in an emergency so i had to take it but did not appreciate it, was not happy at all.
