Over all their work was not bad. Make up was good and hair style good. But they are sweet until u say something about what is wrong or what you dont like. Then they are not fully honest about their pricing from begging. Some staff are not good at their job but if u say something she gets rude. Be sure always to double check 10x before booking. And frances wont even let y talk to finish ur sentence at least.
This is an amazing place to get your hair done. Honestly I can never trust anyone with my hair expect Frances hair salon. I am always satisfied with his work he does an excellent job. I highly recommend this place for everyone.
I went to Frances Hair Salon with my friend for makeup on my wedding day, and it was a complete disappointment. Both my bridal makeup and my friend’s makeup were done by Frances’s young, inexperienced daughter, and the result was terrible. I looked horrible on my wedding day — I was so upset and heartbroken. I spent $500 for what? To look awful. It was the biggest regret of my life; I should have gone to MAC instead. My friend ended up washing off her makeup and redoing it herself, and she looked much better. Please don’t let untrained family members work on clients — this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The best in the industry, book with Frances and you will get exactly what you want ! Very professional and clean location. He opened up the salon for me at 5 am and I got exactly what I asked for off just showing him one picture. Amazing don’t hesitate!
Frances is amazing, he does his job with great attention and never disappoints. I have been to different salons in the past and non of them can do what he does. I went from almost black to blonde in one session. His staff are great as well, Zabo is incredible and overall great experience as always.
Frances made my day!! Went for a hair cut, not only got a beautiful hair cut but also got complimentary blow dry and curls. Definitely talent combined with a kind heart❤️
Worst experience ever. Why would they give us an appointment when they don't have enough space? And plus you have to wait in line for 5 to 6 hours, where they would take their favourite customer right in front of you, as if you haven't been sitting there since 10 o'clock in the morning, and it's 4 o'clock now. They are way too racist, I tell you; when it came to our turn, they messed up our hair as well as our makeup, saying our eyes are too tiny for their type of makeup. I say people of a different race than their own, don't waste your time and money on the likes of these types of people. Because of these people, we almost missed half of my cousins' wedding. Please read reviews before making any type of appointment, as it saves your money and time. I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR FOR PEOPLE TO SEE THIS, BUT I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NOTHING BUT...
