The staff at Great Clips are incredible, friendly, and professional. They listen carefully to what you want and deliver exactly that. The whole team is upbeat and welcoming—it feels like they genuinely care about their customers. You can tell they take pride in their work. Easily one of the best haircut experiences around. Highly recommend!

I had another great experience with the hair stylist, Nelya (at the Vaughan Centre location on Major MacKenzie). She is very good natured and pleasant and did a great job agai ln with my haircut.

Great place to go for a quick cut. They're fast and efficient and their App really helps streamline the process. Just check in online and you're waiting in line before you even get there. Another nice plus is that all of their locations are networked together and they keep your haircut info on file. That way, if you go to a different location, they already know how you like your hair to be. Edit: I finally returned here after moving and WOW! The stylists are still outstanding!!!!
