I don't mean to be rude with this review and maybe it was a new employee but I had asked for wispy long bangs and they gave me straight cut short bangs and they looked awful. I was bullied in school... help.
Terrible terrible!!! Very frustrating experience at this Great Clips location (3582 Major Mackenzie, Woodbridge). My friend and I both received the same discount code, sent on two different days to two different email addresses, yet the staff refused to accept my coupon while accepting hers. There was no clear explanation, and it felt inconsistent and unfair. On top of that, customer service was poor. The staff seemed dismissive when I questioned it and made no effort to help or clarify the situation. A coupon is a coupon — if it’s valid and sent directly by the company, it should be honored. Between the lack of professionalism and refusal to accept a legitimate discount, this location left a bad impression. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon based on how customers are treated.
Had a lovely conversation with Karen, who did a fantastic job giving me a sharp cut. Service was swift and staff was very accommodating. Will definitely be back!
