We brought 2 coolers, 1 freezer for our new store from Concord store equipment, they told before deliver they will proper check and will deliver in nice and clean condition with 3 months warranty. That's why we paid much more money, delivery charge, HST on all...just because peace of mind to long use. They take all money before. When they deliver coolers, were very dusty some light bulbs missing, some thermometer.. since 1st week we call that water keep dripping from cooler and they are not agree anything at all they keep asking questions and try to make us nervous and giving just explanations. they were not replying voice message or e mails !
Sasha met with me after regular hours to accomodate me. Then, rather than make me feel rushed, he took the time needed to answer any and all of my questions. They have an above average selection and better than average pricing. To top it off most if not all of what I ordered is IN STOCK, NO WAITING!!!. You can't get better, don't bother looking, you'll just waste your time and money. My only regret so far is not coming here first.
