⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was honestly the best shopping experience I’ve had so far. Moshe at the Fox store went above and beyond to help us and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience, not just about making a sale. His attitude and support truly made a difference for us. We’re very grateful and sincerely hope the company recognizes and values employees like Moshe, because this level of service is not something you come across every day.
Went in to do a return, was met with abrasive from the start. The lady at register tried to leave the register when she saw me coming with a return. She then asked me what I was returning and refused the return, because they weren’t allowed to accept it since the item was “final sale” that morning. I had bought this item a week ago and there was zero indication of it being final sale. She then tried to offer me an exchange, seems like she was more interested in hitting her sales for the day and had nothing to do with the item actually being final sale.
I recently bought a bowl from Fox Home, and when I got home I realized it was defective. I went back to exchange it, and instead of helping, the manager—Sehaj—refused to accept it. She claimed I caused the damage and that they wouldn’t take responsibility. That makes no sense. How could I possibly damage it like that after just a couple of days? I’ve bought plenty of items from Fox Home over time, and I didn’t expect this kind of dismissive, unprofessional attitude. This was clearly a manufacturing defect, and the refusal to even consider an exchange was unacceptable. Very disappointing experience for a loyal customer
The guy named happy is amazing..We bought duvet and that stuff was so good.We tried it from QE too but fox home gave in such a reasonable price.He explained about the stuff very well.Good job..We had great experience with you.
I've had very many positive, gratifying interactions with Loveleen. She has always gone out of her way to help me, always goes above & beyond. I also had the pleasure of meeting Yassar, of whom is also very pleasant and an absolute gem to deal with. I highly recommend this store and dealing with these 2 extra special individuals. You won't be disappointed!
This is a great location and the staff are amazing. Happy and Loveleen were amazing staff. They helped me throughout my shopping experience and helped me choose what I need. They stayed an hour more for me on a Saturday night so patiently. They made me go through all the stuff that I’ve bought so I can check if they’re damaged or not. Overall, amazing experience.
I bought dishes from Fox Home on Boxing Day because they told me the discount was “only valid today” and wouldn’t be available the next day or afterward. Feeling pressured, I made the purchase. Now, five days later, I see they still have the same discount! I’ve changed my mind and tried to return the items, but they are refusing to refund me. This feels very dishonest, and I’m disappointed in their misleading tactics and lack of proper customer service. If anyone can guide me on how to handle this situation.
