Dianny was amazing. Received excellent customer service from her! I was only there to buy 2 small pillows for my new couch. She helped me find all the different ones I liked on their website and then helped me choose the right style that would compliment my sofa.
Today, I visited this Linen Chest to buy some sheets. Before coming, I checked their website, but I needed to see the quality and the look. First moment that I stepped in, one staff working on floor an Asian lady ( don't know her name) with a hostile tone of voice and negative facial expression told me to use hand sanitizer and she monitored me for a while in the store. Management needs to train their staff how to approach visitors specially during pandemic. Many medical centers and other stores ask all visitors with nice tone of voice to use hand sanitizer which is very smart. Very poor customer service. I don't recommend this location.
I was looking to return a pillow that was unopened within the 30 day return policy. I got no notification on the receipt or website that it will be final sale. Did not get notification in person at time of curb side pick up as well. Matter of fact the website still mentions a 30 day return for pillows! Very disappointed with the service. Never shopping here again.
Thank you to the staff at Linen Chest for all their help with a recent purchase of a platform bed - made in Canada (who knew!!) I never knew this was an entirely Canadian store and I love it .. didn't really shop here before and now its the only place I will go for home stuff . The people who work here are happy , kind and patient to help you ..customer services is the best ! the quality of the goods is excellent and the sales are fantastic .. I highly recommend this store and thank you for being the best !!
Needed to purchase a Maison Berger Lamp and found Linen Chest carried these. Walked into the store and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Asked her about the Berger lamp and boy was She a Wealth of knowledge. Helped me out ....alot...cause let's face it...as a guy I was totally clued out to what I was buying! A friend suggest it and gave me the general low down on this lamp, but thanks to the staff at Linen Chest, I was educated !!! Bought the lamp and yupp...its does what they say it would do. No more smelly basement workshop.. Thank you ladies...
NEVER ever buy ANYTHING at Linen Chest and choose a store pick-up option. I am sorry I did !!! $$$ were taken from me the minute I placed the order for 2 Inissia Red Nespresso Capsule Machines and the Linen Chest store pretended that they did not have them in stock when I was already on my way to pick them up (machines show on Linen Chest website as available for store pick-up even right now !). When I asked the store what is going on they became AGGRESSIVE and RUDE, and REFUSED to provide customer service number. I had to find the customer service number and I spent almost half an hour talking to customer service and I still do not have the espresso machines that I needed this morning!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. AVOID buying from Linen Chest !!! Avoid Linen Chest like a PLAGUE !!! Spread the word ONLINE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If i could give them _100 i would, staff are rude, not helpful, giving these days its about customer service!! store manager didn't care at all start raising her voice and made worst by saying it is what it is take it or leave i make the rules in that exact order, other customer looked shocked for simple question i had and confused what just had happen wouldn't shop or recommend them at all, walk away save ur self the headache, if you read other reviews say the same.
