Super impressed from start to finish. We were considering adding some built-in storage into our guest room. We reached out to Jib who was great with the initial estimate/communication. He even drove out to Waterloo to show us samples and take measurements so he could give us an accurate estimate before we paid the deposit. He laid out all the possible customizations from the more budget-friendly to more high-end, but never pushed us into anything impractical. In the end, we got exactly what we were envisioning, and are really impressed by the quality. Pricing was fair and installation happened within 2-3 weeks of paying the deposit. The installers were awesome, friendly, and left the area spotless. Unfortunately we don't need any more built-ins, otherwise I would totally hit Jib up again! These days it's rare to find an honest business that does great work.
I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Closet Guy Installation! From start to finish, Jib and team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and craftsmanship. The closet they installed is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, perfectly functional, and clearly built to last. What really stood out, though, was how they went above and beyond. I had a couple of small additional requests that weren’t part of the original scope, and without hesitation, they took care of them with the same level of care and attention. Total home organization... closets! On time, professional and creative service at very competitive price. I did not shop around too much since the first impression with Closet Guy was extremely positive and the bar was raised high enough so the other offer could not reach it. I was really impressed by modern approach. Things like electronic ruler, usage of modern 3D-design software, fair business model. As well as same day responses to zillions of questions I have sent after reviewing the quote and modification of the project on the fly. The installation also went very smooth. Since I worked at home on the installation day the guys made sure that the sounds of the circular saw and other power tools did not interrupt my phone calls. And a pleasant surprise - 1 day installation instead of the allocated 2! And of course everything was left cleaner then it was prior to the installation :) Thank you, Jib! I love my closets!
The Closetguy was very professional and made sure that we were happy with the plans before he even started. Jibesh started on time and finished the same day. He left the job site spotless. Every morning I silently say thank you to JIBESH when I enter my organized Closet. It is nice to quickly pick out a pair of shoes!
Jib was exceptional! Designed a great outline for our walk in and were rly surprised with the final product. High quality material and we even have extra space left. Jib was super friendly, clean and rly quick. Definitely will be using him for future space organization.
