Placed an order and had a shipping label created for the order. 18 days later and FedEx still hasn't even received the package from them. Any attempts to contact them have been ignored and I will have to be contacting my bank to have the payment cancelled.
Very displeased with this company. We have had numerous orders that have arrived incorrect/missing parts. Now we are at the point of not even hearing back after we place an order. I have a customer who is missing door handles for their cabinets for about a month and a half. I placed an order to get the replacement part over month ago and haven’t heard anything still. The customer and business owner are all furious all because we cannot get that part or a response out of this company. It is beyond ridiculous. We call several times a day and email and still get no response. Very very displeased and disappointed with the lack of professionalism this company has.
12-day delay in shipping. Called and messaged Seller (Garage Royalty USA) several times with NO RESPONSE to messages or voicemail. Seller then canceled the order without explanation. After posting my initial review, I was contacted by Garage Royalty's corporate office (Canada). They were apologetic for my experience and promised to rectify my order immediately. I forwarded my canceled order documentation to them and they shipped my order out directly, and I received it in a few days to finish my project. Very pleased with the finished results! Very much appreciate Garage Royalty corporate for stepping-up to make things right!
