My furnace was installed in 2016 by Maple Home Services, a company which Installmart bought out. The installation did not follow the proper Lennox procedure and a recent inspection from Enbridge resulted in a safety violation tag. Resolving this tag would require the simple installation of a PVC vent relief pipe. I called the number on my invoice and reached Installmart and spoke with Ali. At first, he suggested that this was a warranty issue, but after providing emails and information from Lennox, he agreed to waive the cost and said he would call the next day to schedule a service call. While I appreciate his willingness to correct the improper installation from the company that they absorbed, communication has been frustrating. Twice I was told that I would receive a call the next day to schedule an appointment and both times I heard nothing and had to email myself. A third time I was told that the job would be prioritized within a day or two. Four days later I followed-up, only to find out that they were working on finding finding the necessary part and they expect to have it on Monday. The necessary part in question is an 8 inch piece of 1/2 inch PVC pipe to act as a drain relief vent. I don't mind being told upfront that they're busy and this might take some time. What I don't appreciate is being told over and over that I should expect a call or service that doesn't materialize. Once could be a mistake, but this suggests a culture of customer service that would make me hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
It has been nice working with Ali Ahmed to get reasonable quote and he explained heat pump details in detailed manner. The installation went smooth and heat pump working perfect. I will recommended people to do business with Ali.

I recently bought some furnace filters from Installmart on their online store because it was more affordable than Amazon for the same product and it was local. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and easy the process was. I received the filters on the same day that I ordered, and they even called me to confirm where I wanted the package to be put as I was not home at the time to receive them. Great service!
