The employees don’t have customer service skills. I purchased two double scoops and was cheated Employee Sushma short-changed me. Very disappointed bad service.
I usually don’t give reviews, but Khushi's amazing service truly made me want to. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and gave us genuine, thoughtful suggestions. She helped each of us in our group pick the perfect flavour with so much patience and warmth. Her friendly attitude added so much joy to our visit. We all left not just loving the ice cream, but also appreciating how wonderfully we were treated. Thank you, Khushi for making our experience so special — you’re a star!
Lovely staff, Vaishaly is the best! Super attentive and caring, we always get the best service when we visit. Today while we were enjoying our scoops, a little kid came in, got 2 scoops and immediately dropped it on the floor. She immediately jumped into action and gave him a new one. Made my day
Today I visited this store and it was a huge rush, but ladies were all smiling and specially Jass helped me with choosing my favourite flavor, definitely a good place to visit again, thank you
I visited this location last week end and I had excellent experience from the baskin robbins. I enjoyed my favourite ice creams and brownie Sunday. Will come again to try new things. I really appreciate that.
Why are they playing Indian music at this establishment? We're not in India. I understand the staff is Indian, but the music should be for the customers' enjoyment. It feels very unwelcoming.
Got a 6" round(feeds 6) for the price of a 1/2 slab(feeds16)... :-/ told them it's wrong, apparently I'm wrong So, I might have been “wrong” its cause of the online pricing, I might have had wrong locations… but fyi, search several locations, because prices vary store to store
