This place was so fun. My kids loved it and want to go back. It was very safe and fun for my children and great for private parties. Would definitely recommend birthday party's here!!!

We hosted my daughter’s 7th birthday here and it was AMAZING. The party room was decorated nicely and the staff took care of everything. Zero stress for me, tons of fun for the kids!

My kids didn’t want to leave! Everything was super clean, the staff were friendly, and the giant slide was a huge hit. We’ll definitely be back next weekend.

I just want to say thank you for the excellent service we received. From the moment I made the reservation, the communication was fast, clear, and very friendly. The place is beautiful and comfortable, and they offer a great space to celebrate—without the pressure or restrictions you often feel at other venues. The whole team was super attentive, and my daughter had an amazing time. We were very satisfied as clients.

I had a horrible experience with the manager Maji. She was not helpful to me at all and gave me a lot of attitude. My son really wanted to go there for his birthday and she truly ruined his big day. We will not be coming back here ever again. She does not need to make her bad day everyone else's.

Front desk wasn’t friendly nor helpful. The place was very dirty, dusty, I did not feel comfortable to let my kids play around there. Not a lot of option to play and very dark.Ended up leaving less than an hour.

Had an amazing time at Bounce N Play II! The space is spotless, the atmosphere is fun, and the staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Definitely looking forward to our next visit!
