Terrible experience — never again! I attended a birthday party at this indoor playground, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The food wasn’t available when the party started — it arrived more than an hour late. The staff promised to extend the time by 30 minutes to make up for the delay, but instead they started cleaning up and kicking people out before that extra time even began. Guests were still eating when staff began throwing away food and clearing tables, completely ignoring that the children and parents were still enjoying the celebration. Everyone ended up rushing to leave and getting dressed in the entrance hall. It was a total lack of respect and customer service toward the family and all the guests. I would never recommend this place to anyone — there are far better, more organized venues that actually care about their clients and know how to handle children’s events properly

Just had my daughter’s 1st birthday here! We had a fantastic experience from start to finish as Sarah and her team call me ahead of time to ensure everything runs smoothly. They also help with set up, clean up and all the in between. Great birthday party packages, which help alleviate the stress of having to transport cake, balloons, decorations, etc. since they take care of it! We had the back room and it was great for all ages (bouncy castle, slides, ball pit for younger ages, etc). Highly recommend never never land!
Today we had my granddaughter’s first birthday here. I was very impressed by the attention and kindness we received from the employees. They took care of almost everything so we could enjoy ourselves. They also provided an ice cream cake, Dairy Queen, with her picture and served my favourite pizza, Pizzaiola.
Showed up for my nieces second birthday and everything was great. I had little interaction with the workers which isn’t a bad thing. I personally think a new make over is needed.
**I had to edit my review and reduce to 1 star after the unprofessional call I received from the lady who’s running the place - instead of apologizing and taking customer feedback to improve, she started arguing, refused to listen and ultimately hung up on me. I understand you want to avoid negative reviews. All was needed was a simple “sorry, we’ll take your feedback seriously and make improvements”. Had that been your approach, I would have gladly reconsidered my review - if that’s what you were hoping to achieve by reaching out.** We celebrated my son’s birthday yesterday. I am not impressed at all. First, 40 mins after the party started, guests were approaching me and asking for napkins. I noticed our napkins were missing, asked the employees and they said they saw them and will bring them (they said they probably misplaced them). 10 mins later still no napkins, I went to the registration desk and asked again after which they brought white cheap-quality napkins. They said they couldn’t find our napkins. We had many packages of napkins (at least 6 boxes -blue and yellow, spent $50+). It’s literally not possible to lose them as it was a bag full of napkins and cups (only the napkins went missing). When reading the reviews I realized this happened before and plates went missing. Also they forgot to put part of our soft drinks, juice and water on the table, guests approached us asking if we had water. After we brought it to their attention, they put it on the table. The employees couldn’t hang the happy birthday sign properly: first, it was too low and I asked them to adjust it which they did. Then the sign fell so I had to hang it myself. They had speakers there so I asked them to play the happy birthday song. The young lady said sure. A minute later she returned and told me they couldn’t do it. Management, please train your employees or have someone experienced to supervise the students. The pizza we ordered with them - was not edible, dry and not fresh. I personally haven’t eaten all day and tried a slice of pizza, I couldn’t finish my slice - that’s how bad it was. And the pizza wasn’t cheap. Management, if you work with a certain pizza company you need to ensure the quality is acceptable. Overall, not happy and won’t be celebrating birthdays there again. All of the above could be resolved if management trains their employees or at least has someone experienced to supervise them.
I was recommended by a friend to host a party here. I was really impressed with the level of customer service the entire staff provided. My daughter whom has special needs was able to enjoy her party. The room was private so she felt comfortable and safe. The staff was very accommodating to our special requests through our phone calls, upon entering and throughout the entire party. My daughter doesn’t do well at public settings but she had a wonderful time at her party. As a mother, it brought me such joy to see my daughter at her best. Thank you Sarah and her team. We will be seeing you very soon.
