I went to my cousin birthday i played on the slides before I had my first birthday in 2006. but this year when I was going on the sleds but one problem was one of the slides were dusty. but people who are so nice.
We recently held a birthday party for our son and daughter and could not be happier about the experience. We loved that we could work with the Dreams Discovery staff to arrange for food, cakes as well as cutlery and tablecloths. Anything that was arranged with a third party retailer was picked up for us at no additional charge. The pizza made on site was priced very reasonably and just as good (if not better) than some of the major chains. The staff was extremely attentive during the event which meant we could focus on the kids rather than the party. Overall I would definitely recommend this venue to others and will use their services again in the future.
My daughter went to this playground for march break. She is a very shy child, who doesn't adapt to new environment to well. She absolutely loves this place. The staff are very loving and pleasant. They do a lot of fun activities with the kids. Their number one priority is for kids to have a good time. I am a very picky parent. I love this place. Its clean, the food is healthy and most importantly they charge reasonably for all the activities they do with the children.
We had our daughter's birthday party at Dreams Playland and ordered all the food from them. We ordered a custom cake with princesses and castle with a clear image showing the design. When we put the order, 14 days in advance, Dreams confirmed with us about the design, price, size and all other details. At our party, Dreams gave us a completely different cake, just a simple square cake with a drawing of castle on it, and charged us full price. We notified Dreams at the moment that this is a wrong cake, but no staff from Dreams paid any attention to this. After the party, we tried to contact Dreams about this issue, they admitted they made a mistake, BUT they refused to give us any refund or apology. Instead, their attitude is very rude and intrusive. They told us since you had your cake time, you have to pay the full price. I got shocked by the way they treat a customer who spent over $1000 for a two-hour party and left a tip over $100. We work very hard for our money. Being asked to pay for something completely nothing related to what we ordered, we don’t feel that’s right. In terms of other aspects of this indoor playground, we had about 40 guests at our party and nobody showed any interest to come back to this place, without knowing this incident. The 'unlimited pop' just sit in some jars, without any label or ice. They were sitting there party after party, I didn't see any staff refresh them. During the party, my guests constantly asked me what is in the jar. They took Sprite for water by mistake several times and gave it to the kids. The coffee machine was broken, no hot water coming from it. I spent quite a bit time trying to fix it, instead of greeting the guests or taking care of my kid. I guess as a customer, when you walk into a place, you have your instinct to know if the owner care about you or not, and that's why nobody from my party likes this place. I feel bad to waste my money and my guests' time.
Imaginarium at Dreams Playground obviously doing something right as my 2 girls doesn't want to go to any other camp! The play area is nice and open with big windows, In addition, my kids get to be crafty, go to filed trips learn new sports and mostly have fun!
This place is amazing for birthdays,camps and after school. All of the staff are very polite and helpful, they cook and clean and take care of the children very well. The food is all healthy and very delicious. Most of all is the big boss he cares so much about the children and the staff. He works so hard on adding new things so the kids can really have fun. He also does not put the money on publicity he puts it on constructing and creating a safe environment for children to learn and have fun. Not only is it a fun place but it is also a place to learn. Ever since My cousin came here her grades have gone up allot and she is always smiling when I see her here. Thank you dreams/imaginarium.
