They sold me different product. I went to buy a replacement for pot light bulb, I had the old one with me. I asked them to make sure it’s 4000k , they still gave me 4500k which is different colour . They wasted my time and I have to go back to return them. Unprofessional customer service.

Sorry for the inconvenienced but sir pot light came in 4100k single color not in 4500k we have checked the product which we gave you as you denied for the 3cct . but you can come to us we can do best as much as we can do for you . thankyou

Beyond horrible customer service. Rather go home Depot. They don't even let you talk to give the details of what you need. Very arrogant lady who answeres the phone

Horrible customer service. I'm a contractor and the owner ripped me off. Sold me the wrong product then charged me more for the correct one (which is normally cheaper). Never going back again. Would Not recommend to anyone.
