Decided to drop by the place given the great reviews however customer service is at an all time low here. Elderly gentleman working didn’t seem to care or answer any questions, don’t waste your time here.

I've been on the hunt for black wire for my chandelier lighting place after leaving place tells me they don't sell wire in black. Hardware stores and everything does not have the proper wire. I came to lighting decor and the lady was very friendly she really helped me out found a spare piece in the back was the perfect length for what I needed! I will definitely be coming back if I need anything regarding lighting!

Was driving around vaughan looking for lighting decor and I was amazed when I walked in. The lighting selection was one of a kind and Victoria helped me with everything. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to going back!

I have been a customer of Lighting Decor for many years. We have purchased just about every light fixture in our previous house and almost every fixture in the current house! Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They also install fixtures and have various home accents for sale in their store. I am definitely returning!
