The light is perfect and exactly what I wanted for my space. The light was on back order for several months; however, their staff was in communication with me to inform me of any updates until the item arrived. Great customer service and great prices!

I bought a house with a very nice light fixture/chandelier in the living room with 4 of 5 light drums. One must have been broken by the previous owner. I used the Google image search function and Litemode was the first (and only?) store to appear. I reached out to support and Bridget responded. She provided great service and communication, she reached out to the manufacturer and managed to secure to a spare drum. A week later, the package arrived and now I have a beautiful complete light fixture in my home. Highly recommend.
