My mother-in-law came here for an ultrasound and BMD. The clinic is super clean, and the admin and tech staff were all so professional and kind. She was very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back. She would also recommend this place to her friends.
Went for 12 week pregnancy ultrasound. The technician needs to work on his bedside manners. Tried to explain that my periods are very irregular and advise of the results of my last ultrasound, he rudely cut me off and wouldn’t listen. He used my last period which overestimates how far I am by 4 weeks. Once my husband joined me, he was a little nicer. Also apparently they don’t have a printer and couldn’t print me even one image.
I like this clinic. I use the service of this clinic for 7 years. I live in Kitchener. When I call them I always hear pleasant and polite speech and receptionist always offers a day and time convenient for me. They are very attractive and caring. Really nice all staff and I especially love Zoya. I wish the clinic all the best
The place was clean and I didn’t have to wait hours for my x-rays. The technician was professional, and I felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
Came 10 min before appointment, a customer who stepped in before apparently was late!!!! had to wait 40 min with full bolder until they done. Told receptionist you shouldn't let him into the room why are you punish me because he was late!!!! no response. once got in technician told me to go pee, i thought just release pressure. didn't release everything.... she gave wrong report to doctor !!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE
I had several appointments at the imaging lab and had a very positive experience. The COVID questionnaire can be conveniently filled out online prior to the visit. The receptionist was helpful with the bookings and answering my questions. I liked that the place was not crowded. They do check your temperature upon registering in. All of my appointments were done pretty much on time. They all wear masks and I saw they wipe the surfaces after you finish the procedure. Ultrasound technician Igor and x-ray tech Sandra were great, I found them experienced and professional. The radiologist they work with seems to be attentive to detail. One area they could improve is providing online access to the reports and imaging. They do provide them on a CD if required.
I called to book an appointment and was greeted professionally. I was seen the same day and got results the next day. Very clean and modern office with caring and compassionate team members .
