Don't understand why this place has such bad reviews! I came in for an anatomy scan for my baby and I had Homa as my ultrasound tech. She was literally amazing. She worked fast and even gave me the babies ultrasound pic. Definitely would come back to her. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I almost fell asleep twice.
From the reception desk to the ultrasound technician, they were polite, friendly and ready to answer all my questions. I was anxious about one of my ultrasounds, but they put me at ease and the ultrasound technician made me feel comfortable. I had a very good experience here and would like to thank them and highly recommend them.
I had my first prenatal ultrasound done and the technician was horrible. She was in such a rush, she only let me see the baby for a few seconds and she hurt me while doing the transvaginal ultrasound. Thank God it wasn’t my first child because I think that would’ve ruined anyones experience as a first time mom.
Really bad experience at this location. Went there for my second pregnancy ultrasound and the technician pressed really hard around my belly with the wand. I was in pain for about 4-5 days and had bruises. Couldnt even walk properly because of it. I have gotten many ultrasounds done before at different locations and imaging centers but this was the worst of all. I only went there because i needed a female tech and they were the only ones that had the appointment available for the day i was looking for. They also did not send my results to my OB. They send them to my family doctor who has nothing to do about it. On the day of my appointment with my OB i had to call them so they can send the results. I was so excited to see my baby before my ultrasound. It ended up being the most miserable and painful experience. Dont go there for ultrasound, you will be in pain for days. Was my first & last vist there.
Although the front desk staff is pleasant, the site is understaffed. You are not able to book an appointment for X-rays (walk-in only). Our wait was 2 hours for a 2 minute X-ray!! Possibly it should be wise to book appointments, so that the site can be staffed accordingly. Don’t bring an older patient. Too long a wait.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS CENTER, DO NOT I mean DO NOT come here. This place is the most unorganized, Inconsiderate business I have ever walked into. Waited half an hour after my scheduled appointment holding a liter of water for an ultrasound. Would NOT recommend.
Terrible customer service! I came for an ultrasound and yes i came in late but the person that was going to conduct it still chatted around with the people at the front desk for a while after i have come in. then i come into the room which by the way is extremely small and the facilities are not well taken care of. The technician then is rushing me and telling me to go hurry to empty my bladder. Finally done and extremely uncomfortable with the treatment so far i confirm with them that the results will be sent to my doctor they confirm will be done and the correct details are in the requisition form. Well surprise, my appointment come and they have not received it because they have sent it to the wrong number that I don’t even know where they got it from. I can tell people there are incompetent do not come here!
