Such a comfortable environment from the very beginning from booking with Sophia, right to the end with post treatment follow up. Sophia made booking easy and replied to my inquiry so promptly. Giordana’s bedside manner is very calming. Her explanation about services and what they involve was extremely thorough. The fact that I was given so many options without feeling pushed to do any of them is also another great pro to this experience. I had a IPL which I have had in the past and I was impressed with how immediate the results already showed when the treatment was over. The other staff members also showed interest in seeing how my results turned out and it really showed how much they care and work as a team! Looking forward to a CO2 treatment in the near future with Candice as well. Thank you for the great experiment ladies ! Love that this space carries and uses Alumier products! Too tier !
I had my first ever microdermabrasion facial with Gina and she was excellent. She explained every step of the way and what to expect (there are crystals as part of the procedure -who knew). My skin came out glowing and so soft. It's like sanding down your skin to the baby soft part. Gina recommended a 40 SPF sunscreen cream that is also a moisturizer so it's only one step in the morning and I'm fully protected. Highly recommend this place if you want to feel refreshed AND just relax for an hour as someone massages your hands and arms. Ahhh, can't wait to go back!
