Everytime I go to this Pet Valu, I am never disappointed. I always have a pleasant experience with knowledgeable staff. Today, I went to get my dog washed, and was greeted by a wonderful manager, Fanny. She was a delight. Fanny made sure that my dog and I were well taken care of. The dog wash area and the store was very clean and well stocked. The dog wash area had many towels, shampoo and a clean smock for you to wear. Also, as I was washing my dog, Fanny came to give me awesome treats for my dog and made sure I had them when l left the store. The service at this store is incredible. You will Never be disappointed. ❤️
Staff is always very friendly, makes you feel like you’re part of a family. They are very knowledge and helpful in regards to the products they sell. My pet dog loves visiting as much as I do, as he is always greeted with love, and we love everybody there. I would never want to shop anywhere else, and I always recommend them to everyone I know.
The staff are wonderful and the self serve pet wash is amazing! The height is perfect for bathing big or little dogs - it won't break your back. So convenient.
Took my dog for the self-serve wash today at this location for the first time. The female staff was standing and watching while I was giving my dog a bath this whole time. And I even got a warning from her standing and saying I only have 5 mins left while there is a vacant tub and NO ONE else is waiting. Then she warned me again that I should use the towel to dry my dog to save some time. This location does NOT provide conditioner. When I requested for the conditioner and dog treat, the female staff said the shampoo is a mixture of shampoo and conditioner. When I read the bottle description it actually doesn’t contain any drop of conditioner. The air blower is literally broken with only a very low pressure of air comes out of it, and they gave me a cheap dog food as dog treat. I’m reporting the female staff at this location to Pet Valu’s head office for treating their 10-year loyal customer with this level of disrespect. DO NOT RECOMMEND, go somewhere else

The service is excellent, their inventory has a wide range of products, and the cleanliness is impeccable! The owner Ajay is very kind and truly cares about her customers she always greets me with a smile. My favourite Pet Valu!!
I just came back from Pet Valu in Maple. I had booked my 13 year old labernese dog, Jack, for a bath at the washing station. Vivanda welcomed us immediately, said hello to Jack and lead us to the bathing station. She noticed I brought a ramp to help Jack into the bathtub. Immediately she ran over to help me with the ramp and coax Jack up to the bath. She brought extra towels for him because he is a large breed. When he was all clean and dry, she carried the ramp to the car while I lead Jack, and helped me load him back up the ramp. She is phenomenal! She made my day ! Well done! We will be back!??
