I came in looking for non-beef chews and Alyse was super super helpful in showing me every product that was safe for the puppies at home! I walked out with an arm full of chews and no doubt two happy puppies in the family. She was also super helpful and kind when trying to sort out why a name tag wouldn’t scan- but figured it out! Thank you so much!
Staff is always super nice and friendly and have specific items I was looking for. Needed feliway urgently for my cat and they had it in stock! Love to stop by here to grab treats and toys from here. My cat's favourite mouse toy is from here (but they seemed to stop carrying it now).
Good variety of products and great customer service. The staff always acknowledges my dogs which is what every pet owner wants, for their pets to feel welcomed
The store smelled nice and clean but their stock was extremely disappointing. I checked their website prior to driving an hour to get my dog winter boots only to arrive and they didn’t have the item & size. Head office should really allow each store to make sure their inventory online is correct. Save your time and money and choose another pet store
Clean store, very helpfu and knowledgable staff. Has all the pet stuff I need. Has a great selection of soft snacks for my dog. Always has samples if you want to try something new.
This is probably one of the best stores I've been to in such a long time! For background, I have a small dog and when I went Global Pet Food store at Major Mackenzie, Alyse, was the person who assisted me with all my questions regarding my dog's nutrition along with suggesting certain products that I will definitely check out in the near future. Alyse and her team at Global Pet Food are amazing and very knowledgeable. Alyse took the time to go through everything my dog might need considering my beautiful dog, Taco, has special dietary needs. Alyse was very welcoming and knows a lot about dry food vs. raw food. This store is amazing!!!! Please visit, you will not regret!!!!
As a long time customer, this is my go-to pet store. The staffs are always friendly and knowledgeable. The items are always up to date, stocked with new products, and good priced. Store is also always clean & well maintained
