Excelent selection of products and very friendly staff; there is no comparison with other Pet supply stores: many good quality Canadian brand foods. ❤️
Absolutely love this pet store! So much better than PetValu and PetSmart. It's definitely a bit more pricey but all of the treats, food, supplements etc are high quality and you get what you pay for.
Good selection and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing is fair for most items but found some items to be much cheaper on amazon like chuck it frisbee. I'd still rather support Rens over Amazon though ?
As a groomer and a pet owner, I absolutely enjoy visiting this location. They have shown exceptional customer service during every encounter I’ve had with them, whether it be in person or over the phone. Specifically, I’d like to thank Katya for all her help in trying to help me locate a product I was having a hard time finding. She was extremely kind and helpful, as are all the employees I’ve spoken to at this location. Even though this location isn’t the closest to my home, it’s worth the drive for the exceptional customer service I receive from them.
I bought my dog a walking harness and couldn't figure out how to put it on. Staff member was amazing on how she helped us. Very friendly and knowledgeable
Great customer service, Francesco was awesome! So was another salesperson who took the time to talk to me about the different dog foods (sorry I didn't get her name) while Francesco was getting my grooming table from the back. Highly recommend Ren's! Not only great customer service and knowledgeable staff but quality products at good prices.
I absolutely LOVE everything about Ren's Pets. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very informative. The staff really know their stuff. The inventory is extremely diverse and inclusive. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. Sales prices are even more attractive. The stores are pet-friendly. They have a huge selection of pet gear at a variety of prices, sizes, and uses. And they have a large selection of treatment products, from flea & tick, to prebiotic & probiotic products. Ren's Pets is the best. I rate Ren's Pets 5 out of 5 mustaches. Tell'em that Uncle Carmine recommended you.
