Ordered delivery for the first time in a long time normally get pick up. Tipped good as well. Pizza was burnt. Couldn’t even eat the crust and my kids barely ate it. Come on…kids not eating pizza. Crazy.
This experience was great, I had a panzerotti, it was perfectly cooked and was delicious, the customer service was great, the employee that served me was aaron, he was very respectful and quick with my order. 10 out of 10 will try again.

Best Pizza Nova in the GTA, easily. Super fresh toppings, friendly customer service (especially Aaron) and the best pizza/panzerotti/sides from the entire PN chain of restaurants.
Hands down the most unprofessional and disrespectful service you will ever receive. Placed an order to a set timed delivery through DoorDash. Called the store because order has not come for almost an hour. They said they never received it and proceeded to yell at me and tell me to shut my mouth and to let him talk then hung up. Been a loyal Pizza Nova customer for years. Will never step foot in one ever again
We came to Wonderland with our family and it was very late. We came in around 11pm and the service was quick and amazing. They helped us get our order in right away and we got fresh pizza immediately. Service was amazing and pizza was good, definitely recommend.
I’ve called for delivery a few times already to this location and the pizza every time has come burnt both underneath the pizza and on top. My sister has ordered in the past many many times and has had no problem until the last 3-5 times as soon as I came to visit and stay at her house. I’m not sure if they have changed they’re kitchen staff recently but the pizza has been an embarrassment and the delivery drivers always rude because we tip what we can but they always expect more and they never have change they tell us. It’s unfortunate that I will have to stop ordering from pizza Nova or at least this location because it’s the only pizza that doesn’t make me sick to my stomach.
