First time here were ordered take out. We loved the. Franchise at queensway and the pasta there is amazing, we decided to tray this location but the pasta has good portion but not flavour at all. Good prices, space for parking, fast service, the pizza we loved too at other location but now we’re unsure to try it here , I ordered jampabalaya and the other one is spicy something Both need more than salt the sausage was good the chicken was good but something was missing. We tried the same dish at different Location and becomes one of our favorite but not everyone has the same cheff .
I booked this place for our hockey team dinner for a very large group (30+ people). The staff were super accommodating and very helpful. I should also mention that this Boston Pizza is located in a hotel and the menu is not the full Boston Pizza menu but all the items were delicious nonetheless. The serving staff were amazing with such a large group. The only thing I would note is that the gratuity was already calculated on everyone's bill when we received it but it was only mentioned to a few people. So many of our group tipped an additional 15-20% on top of the gratuity that was already calculated on the bill. I think that should have been mentioned to everyone, since we may have adjusted our additional gratuity slightly.
The food was absolutely AMAZING – every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The service was just as impressive, with everything arriving promptly and with a smile. A special shout-out to the server, Vipin. He was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire visit. His positive energy and genuine personality made the experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his company and the way he made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this place – we’ll definitely be coming back!
I spend so much time on the road away from my family staying in a lot of hotels. The difference about this four points is the Boston pizza and the bartender Anna! She is like family! Makes everything feel like home! I will always visit again!! Love this place
Give that girl Yeisha a raise! We came for lunch and I guess they were understaffed so she served us. Came back in the evening after our game and she was still there managing another set of servers.
Went to Boston Pizza around 10:00 PM with family. Called ahead to confirm they were open until 10:45 PM for the kitchen, and they said yes. Waitress sat us down and gave us the menu, but then said the kitchen was closed at 10:00. I don't understand why they made us wait 20-30 min if the kitchen was closed at 10:00 PM.The waitress was taking her time even though there was hardly anyone around. I asked to speak to the manager, but they were not available. Disappointing experience, especially since I confirmed the kitchen closing time of 10:45 PM during the call. I've been to many Boston Pizza locations, but I don't recommend this one.
I stayed at the Four Points Hotel and went to the Boston pizza restaurant in the hotel every night. Adarsh was an amazing and attentive waiter who made sure I was taken care of every time.
