This location used to be so good, I dont understand how the quality and service has gotten so bad my last few orders have been very sub par. There is little to no sauce and the toppings are inconsistent. This was my last time ordering from pizza nova entirely.
We ordered for 8 pizza's, I asked them if they knew which 2 were the veg pizzas among these. The front end person was like " i dont know ! you dint ask me to mark it" I felt it a bit rude. I thought it was common sense to mark which one is veg and which one is not when customer orders everything together.
I ordered pick up pizza party size. This location messed up my whole pizza. Customerservice offers new pizza but who will wait another 45 minutes plus you have to pick up by yourself. Customer service asked for picture they will not believe that you got wrong pizza. Will go highway 7 location
My colleague and I went to this Pizza Nova location yesterday to purchase a large quantity of gift cards to distribute to employees at our workplace. The gentleman who helped us (believe he was a manager there) was very polite and efficient. He even called another location to see if they had more gift-cards available as he gave us his entire inventory. We really appreciated his time and service. Wish we got his name!
The man whi served me seemed a bit rough around the edges; when I go for Pizza outside the privacy of my home, I expect impeccable service with a smile. Once a man learns how to use and bake with yeast, he doesn't need pizza Nova, your product and service better be 5 or even 6 stars. The ambiance needs to emulate the same. Anything less is unacceptable.
The women on the phone from the call centre was so rude. I just wanted clarification on online ordering. She was impatient and short. Wont be ordering now from here.
Love this place, they make a really great thin crust pizza. This place is a must for your pizza it always tase great every time, nothing but great service.
